Baseball returns Friday.

To open the shortened 60-game season, the Cubs welcome their rivals, the Milwaukee Brewers, to the Friendly Confines.

The Brewers have gotten the best of the Cubs in recent years, but the Cubs' believe their championship window is still opened and a shortened season might help.

Opening Day also marks the first managerial appearance of David Ross, who replaced Joe Maddon as the Cubs' manager back in October.

Kyle Hendricks, a stalwart of the Cubs' rotation during his tenure with the club, gets the start on Opening Day. He'll face Brandon Woodruff, who's starting for the Brewers.
